February 18, 2015 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

What does it take to work on the internationally stage?

Learn on Wednesday, February 18 at the Business of Art @ Ponyride.

Multi-talented Detroit musician Paul Randolph has performed with such greats as Fela drummer Tony Allen, Odetta, Dennis Coffey and Johnny Johnson, to name a few. He was lead vocalist and bassist for the Detroit-based New Orleans-style funk and blues band Mudpuppy. After his stint with Mudpuppy, he went on to perform and record with Amp Fiddler, Carl Craig, iSoul8, As One, Catz n Dogz, Makoto, Tettory Bad, Zed Bias, and currently, the Berlin-based, Jazzanova Live.

A gifted storyteller, he will discuss his experiences as a musician and what it takes to be a Detroit-based artist with an international career.

Admission is $5
(Pay in advance or at the door)
