Open City: Scale Up!
In business, continuously growing and scaling operations to new levels is a goal most entrepreneurs have. This comes in many forms such as adding product lines, expanding operations, increasing staff or growing market share. Join us on Monday, February 19 at Cliff Bell’s for a panel discussion on what it takes to scale your business and when is it time to increase your enterprise.
Our panel will discuss what scaling their business entailed and how they overcame obstacles to achieve that growth. They will share their experiences and best practices on how to manage the next level of business and the bigger problems that come with it.
MODERATOR: Sean M. Gray, Business Support Services Director for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, Detroit

BUSINESS PITCH OPPORTUNITY
Bring your business cards! Not only will you need them for networking, but we’ll also draw a card before our panel discussion. Whoever is drawn has the opportunity to break the ice by presenting the audience with a small business concern.
New to Open City! If you have a business and would like an opportunity to promote your service or product, we are now offering opportunities to showcase at Open City. Limited space available at each event. Opportunity includes a post on Open City’s event page on Facebook. Email Christianne@buildinstitute.org for more information.
