FoodLab Detroit presents Taste Talks at Detroit Entrepreneur Week

Join us at Detroit Entrepreneur Week, the city’s leading small business conference and festival celebrating the contributions made by small businesses to Detroit’s local economy. FoodLab Detroit is proud to host “Taste Talks” – Five 10-minute crash courses given by Detroit’s top industry experts on topics key to becoming a successful food business.

Jess McClary (packaging) – “How to look good on a shelf“
Tatiana Grant (technology) – “Transforming online grocery delivery”
Shannon Byrne (local sourcing) – “Operating a values-based food brand”
Lester Gouvia(food truck) – “Street Value: The real cost of launching a food truck”
