New Venture Park Opens in Royal Oak

Royal Oak has found itself a new place for entrepreneurs and creatives to gather.  Located at 412 E. 4th Street, the work space Venture Park is celebrating their official grand opening November 1st.

The space was started by Traffic Digital Agency, a startup digital marketing firm founded by Jacob Zuppke and Jeremy Sutton. The co-working space offers all the amenities needed for a collaborative workspace and also has a unique bar and patio/grill space. It could be a great spot for startup events in Royal Oak.

“Venture Park breeds creativity by providing all of the necessities for a growing business while simultaneously surround them with the right peoples and tools,” said Lulu Rubens of Traffic Digital Agency.

In addition to space, entrepreneurs can receive special member rates from the law firm partnered with the project, Tomkiw Enwright, PLC, known as the “Attorneys for Business.”

Co-working has become a growing movement across the country, with over 30 accelerators, incubators and co-working spaces on our Michigan list. We haven’t seen a space open up in Royal Oak yet, but it could be great for the other local creatives and startups in this area: Linkies, Vectorform, and more.
