My Self Care – Breathe To Connect With Life Pt.2.

My Self Care is an interactive series focusing on introducing and practicing self-care techniques to be implemented into everyday life. Led by Timothy Gay of The Infinite Transition, we provide you with information and tools that can be incorporated into your life right away, to help you be at your best, even through the peaks and valleys of life and business. Our next session features the return of Diane McLaughlin with Breathe To Connect With Life Pt.2.

Breathing is one of the many automatic functions of the body but many of us don’t know how our breathing affects our body, mind, and spirit. In this session, you will explore the mechanics of breathing, the many ways we’re taught to breathe, and the yogic breath. You’ll also learn how to breathe in a very mindful way, exploring the ebb and flow of the breath. We will also explore simple techniques and how to use them in your daily life.Join us for a powerful breathing session that can help you anytime and anywhere.

Diane McLaughlin is a Massage Therapist practicing over 10 years. She is self taught in Holistic Health, Nutrition, Exercise, and Well being. Diane has been a Reiki Practitioner since 2002, through Power of Exuberance/Deva Sukumari, and a student of Chinese Medicine since 2010 with Esther McCormick at the Core Health Institute.
