Intentional Leadership Breakfast
December 12, 2014 @ 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
How can you lead yourself to success? Join us for breakfast and hear from Carlos Sabbagh, an international consultant in business and cultural transformation.
*Tickets are required for this event, and include breakfast.*
Carlos envisions helping all those in the Detroit community learn how to become strong leaders. The Intentional Leadership Institute targets the core of who we are as people: our motivations, our goals, and how we can execute a strategic path to success.
This unique five-step process develops concepts and abilities that allow participants to shift from human doings to human beings.
The Intentional Leader
– provides a structure, a system and a process to create a desired future state and the plans and commitment to achieve it.
– helps participants increase their emotional intelligence and provides the “thoughtware,” to function effectively in an increasingly complex world.
– provides participants with “formulas” to become more confident leaders, establish a vision and purpose, gain commitment from others, and improve overall business results
By using processes that are experiential and interactive, The Intentional Leader enables participants to take advantage of today’s opportunities and meet tomorrow’s challenges.
Carlos Sabbagh, founder of The Intentional Leadership Institute, has over 35 years of experience as a consultant and he has traveled to 20 countries in five continents to work with organizations such as Toyota, Seagram, Audi, American Airlines, Bavaria, Dow Chemical and FEDEX. Carlos is currently the president/principal of Edca Corporation, a holding company comprised of several international ventures. Previously he worked for Wilson Learning Corporation, an international company that specializes in human resource development.
