Starters and Risk-Takers!
Small businesses and startups have fueled Detroit ever since the early days. I mean seriously, when you think about it, Ford Motor Company, was a startup at one point. However, if it wasn’t for Henry Ford’s ability to take the concepts of the automobile and the assembly line and make them a reality, who knows where we’d be today.
More recently, many of the other Detroit-based businesses we know and love today also started out as just an idea. Join us for an exciting discussion with several of these founders. We’ll dig into how they capitalized on their ideas and the major risks and decisions they had to make along the way. Make sure to bring some questions for our panelists!
