Program #2 Title: Digging into Demographics
Success in business requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of your customers and competitors. Demographics research can help you find out more about your customers. Whether it is uncovering the basic age/race/sex distribution of the population located near a potential new store or digging deeper to discover their current buying habits or lifestyles, demographics research can help! Not only that but many of these sources and techniques can be used to research your competitors as well. This session will give you the skills and confidence to dig into data and use basic GIS mapping to assist in decision-making.
