Michigan is quite the interesting state, with a growing love for buying and making local, and startup technology on the rise.

With startup communities in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Grand Rapids, there’s never a boring year for business in Michigan. There’s also been quite a few startup stories that peaked national interest.

On our blog, we’ve covered around 85 Michigan based businesses, 109 resources for entrepreneurs, and plenty  of news, information, and advice from Michigan leaders. We also live reported from four business and technology conferences this year.

Through all of that only a few stories make the list. Here’s a few of our most popular startup stories on Michipreneur. Good luck and cheers to 2014!
