Amazon Introduces New Services for Startups

Bringing the cloud to startups? Sounds fabulous. Amazon has announced a new package designed to help grow startups around the world.

According to Amazon, the new Activate program will “provides startups with benefits including AWS credits, training, developer support, a special startup community forum and special offers from third parties to help them successfully build on AWS.”

The program provides two packages for startups, a self-starter package and a more inclusive portfolio package geared for those in accelerators and incubators. Many tech startups are already using the cloud, and most businesses can benefit from cloud technology. This could be great for many Michigan businesses.
